The Rutgers Gardens, located about 10 minutes from hotel, are a series of enchanting gardens tucked away on the campus of Rutgers University. Rutgers Gardens have been a favorite garden ceremony venue here in Central Jersey. From early Spring to early Fall, the Rutgers Gardens provides a beautiful oasis of trees and flowers, making it the perfect place for your wedding ceremony and photographs.
Regency Ballroom 
Rich, vibrant colors combine with a dramatically lit, soaring tray ceiling to create a regal atmosphere in this grand ballroom – one of New Jersey’s largest. With 9,600 square feet of elegant interior space, this venue easily accommodates up to 1,500 guests for a reception, or 925 for a glorious formal seated banquet. One of the most impressive ballrooms in our area, Regency redefines the luxury venue.
Brunswick Ballroom 
Subtle inset lighting in an architecturally interesting tray ceiling, massive support columns, elegant carpeting and a view of the outside through glass doors enhance this spacious ballroom. Boasting 7,700 square feet of beautiful interior space, this venue accommodates up to 550 guests for a reception, 400 for a seated banquet or over 600 in a theater-style arrangement. Divide this banquet hall on our lower level into smaller sections if desired.
Atrium 
Our dramatic, two-story atrium offers 3,000 square feet of artistically appealing space and a grand, sweeping staircase (ideal for bridal marches or photography sessions). Confirmation of Space and Deposits
An initial non-refundable deposit of twenty percent (15%) of estimated charges is required to confmn your date along with a signed contract.
 
Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Anywhere. Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out time is 12 noon. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

The following prices apply to any gifts given out to your guests at the front desk or delivered to their guestrooms.

Final Payment
Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check money order, check credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and/or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.

Guarantee
A final guarantee is due by 11:00am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.

Security
Hyatt Regency New Brunswick will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.
